CML A.U.Th. presents a Talk by Raphael Staubli on the music of Helmut Lachenmann

May 26th 12:00-13.30 AM Room 7 – A.U.Th – Music Department (Thermi)

The lecture is examining the compositional thinking of Lachenmann as it is presented in his works Pression for solo Violoncello and Ein Kinderspiel for solo piano. Dr Staubli will perform Ein Kinderspiel as part of his presentation.

Dr Staubli will be introduced by the composer and musicologist Costas Tsougras, Ph.D.

Η διάλεξη εξετάζει τον τρόπο σκέψης του Helmut Lachenmann, όπως αυτή αποτυπώνεται στα έργα Pression για σόλο τσέλο και Ein Kinderspiel για σόλο πιάνο.

Στο πλαίσιο της διάλεξης θα γίνει ζωντανή ερμηνεία του Ein Kinderspiel από τον ομιλητή.

Θα προηγηθεί εισαγωγή από τον μουσικολόγο και συνθέτη Κώστα Τσούγκρα.
